In House Training

At Tula’s, we have an in-house soft skill training facility, where we have customized training to match the requirements of the students vis- a- vis the industry. We analyze the key areas, the student needs to work upon and then impart training to enable students develop their personality by instilling confidence and their public speaking skills. The workshop offers the student a variety of tested and proven techniques to drive them towards greater successes in life. Our training program is designed to tap the extra-ordinary potential within each student and make them ready for the industry from the very beginning. This is done by inculcating leadership skills and success strategies, enhancing confidence, enthusiasm and human relationships. We emphasize on an environment which increases the professional communication and presentation skills of the student.

Industrial Training

The curriculum of the affiliating university prescribes industrial training for a specific period in undergraduate and postgraduate courses undertaken by the institute. This facilitates the students to have an exposure to the corporate environment and get hands on training on the respective subjects. The institute’s corporate relation department ensures the placement of the students for industrial training as and when the same is required according to the curriculum. Further, students desirous of undergoing industrial training apart from the prescribed curriculum are given ample opportunity for the same as well.

PLACEMENT




The institute has a fully functional Corporate Relation Department which closely liaisons and interacts with leading manufacturers, companies and industries for placement of its students. The Corporate Relations department consists of faculties from all the departments and the students as well. In the infant stage of the institute, this department has shown very encouraging results. So far two batches of MBA have been passed out from the institute and in both the batches all the aspirants have been placed through the campus. In B.Tech, most of the pass-outs from the first batch have been placed through the campus. The companies that have visited the campus so far comprise an eclectic mix of software and core companies including Fortune 500 companies, thus catering to every students’ aspiration and providing them excellent career opportunities.
